Sometimes, in the chaos of life, you just have to step back and breathe! Take a minute for yourself. Maybe a tub full of bubbles, maybe a long walk.  For me its gardening and then canning all the wonderful things God blesses us with. Lee and I love watching our veggies grow. We already have eaten onions, spinach, okra, squash, zucchini, cucumbers, green tomatoes, broccoli and a mess of green beans out of our garden! Cucumbers have started becoming pickles and wonderful sweet relish.         Today we found plenty of garden goodies! as well as some amazing blackberries!!!     Lee will be making some wonderfully delicious blackberry cobblers for the 4th of July! Our Fried Pies are made with our extra flaky crust and fried only in sunflower oil. Fried pies have a 2 day shelf life. They will still be good after 2 days but will be greasy.
